This website is operated by Tavern & Trade Co. Limited, trading as The Bottle Room (Company No. 16959712, VAT No. GB511943702, AWRS XTAW00000123525). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Age restriction

It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under 18. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over and that the recipient of any delivery is 18 or over. Age verification is required at delivery and collection (Challenge 25).

Orders and pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and refund any order where stock is unavailable, pricing was displayed in error, or age verification cannot be completed.

Membership

Private Members Club membership is billed monthly at the advertised price and can be cancelled at any time; benefits (including member pricing and Bottle Points) apply while the membership is active. Bottle Points have no cash value and expire 12 months after being earned.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
